Lee Butler played out of his skin today leading the field by a massive ten shots and finishing with a fantastic six under par nett 65 to take the kitty! A count back decided second and third places, John Graham having a better back nine than William to take runner up spot.

Greenwood

There was a good turn out for the ever popular Greenwoodcourse so there were two flights today with the cut set at handicap 14. There was only two shots separating the top three in the A Flight. Colin Greig coming out on top ahead of Geoff Cox and Rab McDonald took third place on a count back beating John Graham and Alan Sullivan, all three finishing with nett 75. Roger Privett had a level par round to take the money in the B Flight a couple of shots better than Geoff Parker who in turn was a couple of shots ahead of Lee Butler who beat PJ. Redmond in to third place on a count back.

Khao Kheow

The Bunker Boy’s returned to Khaow Kheow after a few month’s absence because of their silly “compulsory carts” rule. Now that we can walk the course again we were glad to be back (and most of us need the exercise). Gerry Cooney must have been best pleased because he cruised around the course to win with 35 points ahead of second placed John Graham. There was a count back to determine third and fourth places with Peter Habgood just edging out Mashi.
