With a lot of golfer’s away for the Songkran festivities and having had no game on the Wednesday the players were keen to get back on the golf course.

It was nice and quiet on the Greenwood course and the leisurely (slow) pace of the game suited Kevin Dunne as he won by two strokes ahead of Mashi who came runner up by beating Colin Stokes into third place on a count back.

Results:

1st Kevin Dunne       (hcp 14) nett 74
2nd Mashi Kaneta    (hcp 10) nett 76
3rd Colin Stokes       (hcp 23) nett 76

Near pin winners – Kevin and Mashi were the only two to hit a par three green so shared the spoils between them.

Don McPherson signed off in style today winning what was his last game of his holiday here in Thailand.

Playing stableford, Don won by three clear points ahead of Tony Robbins and David Day came third a couple of points further back.

Results:

1st Don McPherson          (hcp 21) 38 points
2nd Tony Robbins            (hcp 13) 35 points
3rd David Day                    (hcp 13) 33 points
